Aging in Motion with Andrea

Aging happens, but we can make conscious choices to age well. In this class we’ll move for cardio and use our bodyweight for strength training in a fun combination. The class is suitable for every fitness level; exercises will be modified to make them easier or harder based on your abilities. From experience, I know we will all get stronger, build stamina, increase flexibility and range of motion together. 9am-9:45am.
