Practice is designed to guide you into feelings of deeper relaxation through gentle, coordinated breath and body movement. Soothing music and your teacher’s steady encouraging voice will set you at ease from the start.
Mostly done while lying down, Passive Yoga Stretch movements build on each other sequentially, opening fluid and energy pathways to restore balance in one’s ever active mind/body dialogue.
After Passive practice, a lingering sense of wellness will follow, made possible by one’s having “re-set” the central nervous system, now free of accumulated blockages.
