It’s Back to School for the After School Youth Club

The Neighborhood House’s After School Youth Club returns every Monday thru Thursday afternoon beginning on September 8th. For over two decades, the “Youth Club” has served as a drop-in recreational offering for MDES students. The intention is to provide a safe and supervised spot for kids to “hang out” after school. A typical afternoon includes planned activities including games, crafts, etc., and a snack is available as well. The program is open to kids in kindergarten and up with transportation provided from Mt. Desert Elementary to The Neighborhood House. Kids can attend every day or just every once in a while depending on your family’s schedule.
