We’re excited to announce that instructor, Andrea Lepcio will be offering this new all levels class every Wednesday afternoon in the Great Hall beginning Sept. 18 at 5pm.
Class will begin with the 18 Mat Pilates core moves to warm the body and fire the core. We will follow with a series of stretches from head to toe designed to increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, improve muscular balance, increase circulation, improve range of motion, reduce pain, and further engage core strength. This is a friendly and accessible class for everyone. Beginners are welcome.
More About Andrea: Andrea Lepcio is a certified personal trainer. She is also certified in Mat Pilates, Tai Chi, TRX, and is mid-way through her 200 hours of yoga training.
