Half Marathon Kick Off Celebration at The Neighborhood House

The Neighborhood House house is pleased to once again serve as the official gathering spot for the “Half” portion of the MDI Marathon. On Sunday, October 14, runners will begin gathering beginning around 6:30am all the way up to race time at 8:30 am.

The public is invited to stop by and enjoy coffee and breakfast snacks before making our way down Neighborhood Road to the start line on Manchester and cheering on all of the competitors. Shortly thereafter, competitors in the full Marathon event will begin to come through Northeast Harbor, and The Neighborhood House makes a great spot to cheer those athletes on as well.
