Memorial Day Community Cookout

- on the Town Green (aprox. 11:30)
Join us as our Board of Directors and volunteers will be grilling up hamburgers and hotdogs, and making some exciting announcements about the future of The Neighborhood House! We'd love to have you help us kick off the summer season with our 2nd Annual Community Cookout!
... And be sure to be on Main Street for the Parade starting at 10:30, as we unveil another surprise that will allow us to offer even more program opportunities!

An Evening at The Asticou

The Neighborhood House is very happy to be able to provide each child in our community with the important opportunity to go to camp and simply be a kid for the summer! In order to help make that goal a reality, many families rely on much needed "camperships," which allow children to attend camp regardless of their family's current financial status. Our annual Cocktail Party & Silent Auction at the Asticou Inn is our single biggest fundraiser for this cause, and we'd love to have you be a part of it. 100% of the proceeds from the evening go directly to our campership program.
The best part is that not only can you support a good cause that has a direct impact on our community, but you can have a fun evening in the process! This year we will have live entertainment, complementary wine & beer, plenty of hors d'oeuvres, cash bar, and a bevy of auction items for every taste and budget.

ZUMBA IS HERE!
We are very excited to be expanding our fitness offerings during the upcoming summer with the addition of "Zumba" classes! Instructor Sandra Elliott will lead these energizing classes set to a Latin rhythm that will keep you moving throughout the day. Zumba is one of the fastest growing fitness programs in the world, and The Neighborhood House will be the first on MDI to offer it.
Starting this summer, Tuesdays & Thursdays 9am-10am.
