Physical Perfection with Mark Eliot
Mark's ever popular Physical Perfection class beings July 2nd.
If you're looking to get in shape, or improve your health in a relacxed yet energetic environment, this class is for you! Instructor Mark Elliott uses a mixture of Yoga, pilates, and stretching to help you greatly improve your flexibility, strength, and overall health and well-being. Join us in the Great Hall Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 8 am.
